Returns & Exchanges
At Glenmorangie, we strive for perfection in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened goods. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or consumed.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos of the product issues.
- 2.Await Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the unopened bottle in its original Glenmorangie presentation box and protective outer shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our distillery receives and inspects the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
